Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    1. Peel the banana.
  2. Blend the Smoothie:

    1. In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
    2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  3. Serve:
