1. No Returns: Once you've paid for and received your order, that's it – it's final, so choose wisely!

2. Check Your Order: Make sure to give your order a good once-over when it arrives – you never know when you might spot a problem.

3. Problems? Contact Us: If you do find something wrong, like a damaged item or an incorrect one, just hit us up at 9820 5313 within 24 hours. We'll do our best to help you out.

4. When We're Here: We're here to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

5. Returning Stuff: If we do agree on an exchange, just remember to send back the items in their original packaging and in good shape.
