2. Ordering Process

Order Changes

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service.

Bulk Orders

Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. Contact us via WhatsApp for more details.

Custom Requests

Yes, please specify any request in the order notes and we will try our best to assist.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your purchase is successful.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Zones

We deliver everywhere across Singapore.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for orders above $60. For orders below $60, a fee of $8 applies.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 5pm.

Same-Day Delivery

We do not offer same-day delivery. Orders typically take 1 to 3 working days to prepare and deliver.

If I order today, when will I receive it?

If you place an order from Monday to Friday before 4pm, it will be delivered on the next business day between 12pm and 5pm. If you order after 4pm on a Friday, your delivery will be scheduled for the following Monday between 12pm and 5pm.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes! You can schedule your delivery up to one week in advance. Simply include your preferred date in the order remarks and we will make the necessary arrangements.

What if no one is home during delivery?

Our team will notify you once your order has been delivered and left at your door. Items are securely packed in a foam box with ice packs, keeping them fresh for 4 to 6 hours before any defrosting begins.

Can I self-collect?

We do not offer self-collection. Our facility is a warehouse that is not easily accessible to the public due to limited transport options and parking. We recommend using our delivery service for a more convenient experience.

4. Payment and Promotions

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, PayNow, and GrabPay.

Payment Issues

If your payment fails, try using a different method or contact our customer service for assistance.

Applying Discount Codes

Enter your discount code at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied to your order.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds or replacements for orders with issues. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the affected items.

Loyalty Program

We offer a loyalty program where you earn points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
