Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for orders above $60. For orders below $60, a fee of $8 applies.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 5 PM.

Same-Day Delivery

No, we would need time to prepare the order and delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days.

If I order today, when will I receive it?

If you place an order from Monday to Friday before 4 pm, it will be delivered on the next business day, between 12 pm to 5 pm. However, if you order after 4 pm on a Friday, your delivery will be scheduled for the following Monday, between 12 pm and 5 pm.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Certainly! You have the flexibility to schedule your delivery up to one week in advance. Simply include your request in the order remarks, and we will make the necessary arrangements accordingly.

If you deliver and no one is at home, how?

Rest assured, we've got a dedicated team to keep you informed when your order has been successfully delivered and left right outside your door. Your items will be securely packed in a foam box with ice packs and sealed, ensuring that they can stay fresh for 4-6 hours before any defrosting begins. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Can I self collect?

We regret to inform you that we do not provide a self-collection option. Our facility is a warehouse that is not easily accessible, making it inconvenient for customers to visit. The lack of nearby MRT stations, limited bus services with overcrowded conditions, and a shortage of parking spaces contribute to this inconvenience. Therefore, we recommend relying on our delivery services for a more hassle-free experience.
