Fried Kunning Fish

Ingredients:

  • 450g fresh kunning fish, cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges and fresh parsley to serve

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry kunning fish. Mix turmeric, salt, and pepper; rub all over fish.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Fry fish 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve hot.
