Frozen Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (approximately 125g)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or oats (optional, for added thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Smoothie:

    • In a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
    • If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add chia seeds or oats to thicken it up naturally.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy. You can also add a few ice cubes if you prefer it colder and thicker.
  2. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
