Frozen Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (approximately 125g)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or oats (optional, for added thickness)

Blend the Smoothie:
- In a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add chia seeds or oats to thicken it up naturally.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You can also add a few ice cubes if you prefer it colder and thicker.
