Pan-Fried Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150g each), skin-on
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down, press with spatula, and cook 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy.
  4. Flip and cook 2-3 more minutes to desired doneness. Add garlic and lemon slices in the last minute.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh dill or parsley and lemon wedges.
