Pan-Fried Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 150g each), skin-on
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down, press with spatula, and cook 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy.
- Flip and cook 2-3 more minutes to desired doneness. Add garlic and lemon slices in the last minute.
- Serve garnished with fresh dill or parsley and lemon wedges.
