Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Or use our salt and pepper powder premix
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-3 fresh red chilies, sliced
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Season pork ribs with salt, pepper, five-spice powder, and cornstarch.
  2. Deep fry in batches at 175Β°C until golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Stir-fry garlic, chilies, and scallions until fragrant. Toss in ribs, sprinkle with sugar, and mix well.
  4. Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice.
