Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Or use our salt and pepper powder premix
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 fresh red chilies, sliced
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions:
- Season pork ribs with salt, pepper, five-spice powder, and cornstarch.
- Deep fry in batches at 175Β°C until golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Stir-fry garlic, chilies, and scallions until fragrant. Toss in ribs, sprinkle with sugar, and mix well.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice.
