Delivery Information:
Here's what you need to know about our delivery process:
Dispatch Time: We'll get your orders ready and dispatch them within 1 - 2 business days from the moment we receive your order.
Delivery Area: Our delivery service covers the Singapore main island exclusively. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the surrounding islands at this time.
Single Location per Order: Each order can be delivered to only one location. If you need to send items to two different places, please create two separate orders.
Delivery Hours: Our delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary due to daily workloads and traffic conditions.
Alternative Arrangements: If you expect no one to be available at the delivery address for an extended period, don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer service. We can work out an alternative arrangement or reschedule the delivery for your convenience.
Chilled and Frozen Products: Orders containing chilled and frozen products will be carefully packed in a foam box with ice packs and transported using our own fleet of refrigerated trucks.
Leaving Orders: If you're not available to receive your order, we may leave it outside the delivery address, packed in a foam box with ice packs. This ensures your items stay fresh for a few hours.
Order Cancellation: Please note that Pan Ocean Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
Order Cut-off Time: To receive your order on the next business day, make sure to place your order by 4:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following day and scheduled for delivery on the subsequent day.
Example:
- If you order at 3:30 PM on October 16th, your delivery will be on October 17th (before the cut-off time).
- However, if you order at 4:30 PM on October 16th, your delivery will be on October 18th (after the cut-off time).
Fresh Fish Orders: For orders of fresh fish placed from Friday after 4:00 PM to Sunday, delivery is scheduled for Tuesday, as we do not have fresh fish available on Mondays.
