Boiled Lobster Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Boston Lobster (450g), thawed
- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup salt
- Lemon wedges and melted butter to serve
Instructions:
- Thaw lobster in the refrigerator overnight. Bring 4 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- Carefully add lobster. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes until bright red and fully cooked.
- Remove, drain, and serve with lemon wedges and melted butter for dipping.
