- 1 raw Boston lobster (450g), thawed
- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup salt
- Lemon wedges
- Melted butter

- Thaw the lobster in the refrigerator overnight. Ensure it is completely thawed before cooking.

Boil the Water:
- In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1/4 cup of salt to the water.

Cook the Lobster:
- Once the water is boiling, carefully add the thawed lobster. Cover the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes until the lobster is bright red and fully cooked.

- Remove the lobster from the pot and let it drain. Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter for dipping.
