Fish Slice Hor Fun

Ingredients:

  • 500g Toman fish slices, thawed
  • 300g hor fun (flat rice noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 3 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 large onion sliced, 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water, fresh cilantro to serve

Instructions:

  1. Cook hor fun per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. SautΓ© garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Toman fish slices, cook 3-4 minutes until opaque. Add broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce. Thicken with cornstarch mixture.
  4. Toss in hor fun, coat in sauce. Serve garnished with cilantro.
