Fish Slice Hor Fun
Ingredients:
- 500g Toman fish slices, thawed
- 300g hor fun (flat rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Noodles:
- Cook the hor fun according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Aromatics:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.

Cook the Fish:
- Add the Toman fish slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and cooked through.

Make the Sauce:
- Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.

Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked hor fun to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
