Ingredients:
- 450g fresh kunning fish, cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Fish:
- Thaw the kunning fish if frozen. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.

- In a small bowl, mix turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning all over the fish.

- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Place the fish in the skillet and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
