Fried Kunning Fish
Ingredients:
- 450g fresh kunning fish, cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges and fresh parsley to serve
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry kunning fish. Mix turmeric, salt, and pepper; rub all over fish.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Fry fish 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve hot.
