Garlic Butter Tiger Prawns Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g tiger prawns, deveined and cleaned
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Thaw prawns in the refrigerator overnight or under cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sautΓ© 1 minute. Add prawns, season with salt and pepper, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining butter. Stir until well coated. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
