Garlic Butter Tiger Prawns Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g tiger prawns, deveined and cleaned
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Prepare the Prawns:
- Thaw the prawns in the refrigerator overnight or under cold water. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Heat the Pan:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.

Cook the Prawns:
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the prawns turn pink and opaque.

Add Lemon Juice and Butter:
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the prawns and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the prawns are well coated.

Serve:
- Transfer the prawns to a serving dish and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
