Garlic Butter Tiger Prawns Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g tiger prawns, deveined and cleaned
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Thaw prawns in the refrigerator overnight or under cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sautΓ© 1 minute. Add prawns, season with salt and pepper, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Add lemon juice and remaining butter. Stir until well coated. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
