Grilled Half Shell Scallops with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 7-9 pcs half shell scallops (8-9cm), thawed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, pepper, and lemon wedges to serve

Instructions:

  1. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place scallops shell-side down on grill. Spoon garlic butter over each scallop.
  3. Grill 5-7 minutes until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
