Grilled Half Shell Scallops with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 7-9 pcs half shell scallops (8-9cm), thawed
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Scallops:

    • Thaw the half shell scallops in the refrigerator or under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter:

    • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the Grill:

    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Scallops:

    • Place the scallops on the grill, shell-side down. Spoon the garlic butter mixture over each scallop.
    • Grill for 5-7 minutes until the scallops are opaque and cooked through.
  5. Serve:

    • Transfer the grilled scallops to a serving platter.
    • Garnish with additional parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
