Grilled Half Shell Scallops with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
- 7-9 pcs half shell scallops (8-9cm), thawed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, pepper, and lemon wedges to serve
Instructions:
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Place scallops shell-side down on grill. Spoon garlic butter over each scallop.
- Grill 5-7 minutes until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
