Grilled Marinated Half Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 half chicken (600g), thawed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken skin-side down 15-20 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 74Β°C.
  4. Rest 5-10 minutes before carving. Serve with your choice of sides.
