Grilled Oysters with Ponzu Sauce
Ingredients:
- 12 pcs oyster, sashimi grade, thawed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mirin (optional), 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Thaw oysters, rinse and drain. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice, mirin, and ginger for ponzu sauce.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill oysters 3-5 minutes until just cooked through.
- Drizzle with ponzu sauce, garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve immediately.
