Grilled Oysters with Ponzu Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 12 pcs oyster, sashimi grade, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mirin (optional), 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Thaw oysters, rinse and drain. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, lemon juice, mirin, and ginger for ponzu sauce.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill oysters 3-5 minutes until just cooked through.
  3. Drizzle with ponzu sauce, garnish with green onions and cilantro. Serve immediately.
