Grilled Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
- 200g Australian grass-fed ribeye steak, thawed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon butter

Prepare the Steak:
- Thaw the ribeye steak in the refrigerator. Pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the Pan:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until hot. Add minced garlic and rosemary.

Cook the Steak:
- Place the steak in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- Add butter during the last minute of cooking and baste the steak with the melted butter.

Rest and Serve:
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
