Grilled Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
- 200g Grass-Fed Aust Beef Ribeye, thawed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 sprig fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Thaw ribeye in refrigerator. Pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over high heat. Add garlic and rosemary.
- Sear steak 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Add butter in last minute and baste steak.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
