  3. Cook the Steak:

    • Place the steak in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
    • Add butter during the last minute of cooking and baste the steak with the melted butter.
  4. Rest and Serve:

    • Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
