Grilled Whole Squid
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh whole squid, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Squid:
- Thaw the squid in the refrigerator overnight or under cold water if frozen. Rinse thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Marinate the Squid:
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the squid with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the squid for 2-3 minutes on each side, until slightly charred and tender.
