Grilled Whole Squid
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh whole squid, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry squid. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat squid and marinate 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill squid 2-3 minutes per side until slightly charred and tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
