Grilled Whole Squid

Ingredients:

  • 500g fresh whole squid, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry squid. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat squid and marinate 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill squid 2-3 minutes per side until slightly charred and tender.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
