Pork Minced Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 300g frozen pork minced, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 onion chopped, 1 red bell pepper sliced, 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooked rice and fresh cilantro to serve

Instructions:

  1. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add pork mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook 2 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  4. Serve over steamed rice, garnished with cilantro.
