Ingredients:
- 300g frozen pork minced, thawed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Cooked rice for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the Pork:
- Thaw the pork minced in the refrigerator.

Cook the Aromatics:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

- Add the minced pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

- Add the chopped onion, sliced red bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
