Pork Minced Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 300g frozen pork minced, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pork:

    • Thaw the pork minced in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the Aromatics:

    • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Pork:

    • Add the minced pork to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. Add Vegetables:

    • Add the chopped onion, sliced red bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add Sauce:

    • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes.
    • Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve:

    • Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
