Pork Soft Bone Soup

Ingredients:

  • 500g pork soft bone, thawed
  • 1 large onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 carrots, 2 potatoes, 1 cup daikon, 2 celery stalks, 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup chicken broth, 6 cups water
  • Salt, pepper, fresh cilantro to serve

Instructions:

  1. Sear pork soft bone until browned on all sides. Set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sautΓ© onion, garlic, and ginger until translucent.
  3. Add all vegetables, broth, and water. Return pork to pot. Boil then simmer 1.5-2 hours until pork is tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
