Ingredients:
- 300g cooked silver fish, thawed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 egg
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

Prepare the Silver Fish:
- Thaw the cooked silver fish in the refrigerator or under cold water. Drain well.

- In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the cold water and egg together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients to form a smooth batter.

- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dip the silver fish into the batter and fry in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
