Stir-Fried Prawn Meat
Ingredients:
- 500g prawn meat, thawed and patted dry
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, minced
- 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste, fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add prawn meat and stir-fry 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Add bell peppers and cook 2-3 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Cook 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. Drizzle with sesame oil.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
